The Canine Fitness Groundwork Challenge

Hey, it's Charlotte & Hannah here… 👋

And, while we don't claim to know it all, over the years of both being hydrotherapists, Charlotte also being a Veterinary Physiotherapist, CTDI and Canicross Instructor, and Hannah also being a K9PT, CTDI, CCFC and a Dog Trainer (also studying behaviourist), we HAVE helped hundreds of dogs. We have helped them to increase their performance at competitions, allowed them to go on longer hikes, improved their quality of life and helped their owners to better understand their conditioning needs, helping to reduce their risk of injury by creating a sustainable step by step action plan. These amazing people call themselves fitness fanatics 💪

And yet…

Not that long ago, we were in your shoes.

We'd take a step forward only to take three more back. We were drowning, being unable to afford physio appointments, or find a professional who understands how to condition a dog to increase our dog's performance in sports. At that time we were rehab specialists, not fully understanding the needs of sporting and working dogs. Before becoming hydrotherapists we had no idea canine conditioning even existed!

Anyway, if that's kinda how you feel right now...

Let us give you a road map, so that you stop hitting dead ends, and instead take the fast lane to a conditioned canine that you can be even more proud of.

👇 Here is what we’re proposing. 👇

We’ve had a TON of people just like you, wanting to enhance their dog’s life, prevent them from injury and improve their performance reach out to us asking for help.

So we had the idea to build a course to guide you from not knowing your dog’s conditioning needs, or what they need to improve on & wondering if it’s just their maximum capability to absolutely bossing canine conditioning with NO EQUIPMENT required in just 6 weeks.

No fluff. No messing around, just a simple plan to take you from canine fitness newbie to fitness fanatic!

We always get lots of questions, so we want to cover some important stuff real quick...

If you are still sitting on the fence, here is what you need to know...

👉 When does it start?

✅ On 6th of November 2023 members of The Canine Fitness Groundwork Challenge will kick off their journey working closely with me to achieve their dream of making their dog fitter, healthier and helping to reduce the risk of them getting an injury.

👉 Who is it for?

✅ The program is specifically designed to work for all dog owners, whether your dog is a pet, sporting dog or working dog. The course contains content to help you tailor everything to your dog, along with the support and access to a coach 6 days a week for 6 weeks!

👉 What age does my dog need to be?

✅  Your dog needs to be fully grown, their growth plates should be fully fused before taking part in this challenge. We do have other courses available for puppies and young dogs though!

👉 What’s included?

✅ You’ll get access to The Canine Fitness Groundwork Course for life! Group coaching calls, 1-2-1 coaching calls, free Exercise Guide Cheat Sheet, access to our private Facebook group AND our Canine Fitness App to condition your dog anytime, anywhere, including our targeting course too! Valued at over £500, but of course we’re giving you a discount with everything together as a bundle!

👉 What equipment do I need?

✅ Absolutely no fitness equipment is needed! Just some of your dog's favourite treats, a small space to perform the exercises in and a collar and a lead! It can be easier if you have a solid platform that your dog can stand on, or stacking blocks, but we can absolutely work without that. If you have equipment though we can help you to work to progress towards it!

👉 How much time do I need?

✅ The course is 6 weeks long, the group coaching calls happen at 6pm GMT on a Thursday on weeks 1, 2, 4 & 5 and lasts 1-2 hours. You'll also need at least 15 mins, 3 days a week to perform the exercises with your dog. The theory on the groundwork course will take around 2 hours to complete, the targeting course around 40mins.

The standard RRP for everything this program if you pay individually is worth over £500

Usually we would charge £300 for this course.

However given the cost of living crisis right now, we don’t want dogs to be missing out on all the great benefits of conditioning! So all we need from you is 6 weeks of commitment and a payment of just £199.99 that’s 60% off!

Spaces in The Canine Fitness Groundwork Challenge program are rapidly being snapped up! ⏰

If you’re a committed dog owner struggling with your dog’s fitness and knowing how to improve it, this is your opportunity to enhance their life, condition their body and engage their brain. Don’t miss out!

We shared this system with Alice & her collie x kelpie Luna, and the results they achieved were amazing!

“I completed the groundwork challenge last year with my crazy working kelpie Luna and have been conditioning obsessed ever since! A fantastic course to not only teach how to get the best out of your dog, but also to recognise and build upon any weaknesses before they turn into something more. Having an energetic working dog, preventing injury has always been a top priority of mine, and after the course Luna had noticeably built up so much more muscle to help support her body, 1kg to be precise! It has also done wonders for our relationship, helped her build confidence with new skills and Luna loves her conditioning sessions, and is more tired and content after than any length of walk. I highly recommend this course! “

Are you still on the fence about it since reading all this?

Have you got some time to learn a little bit more about it? Would you like to chat with me so I can tell you a little bit more about it and see if it will help fix some of the struggles you’ve been having?

🤔 Maybe it’s your dogs stamina?

🤔 Or perhaps it’s their power?

🤔 Do they need to improve their form?

🤔 Maybe their jump style needs improving?

🤔 Or they need more acceleration or deceleration?

🤔 Are their weaves a bit slow in agility?

🤔 Do they need to turn tighter?

🤔 Is their box turn in flyball a bit sloppy?

🤔 Do they need more precision in their obedience?

🤔 Are they struggling to learn a new trick that could be due to physical limitations?
